The location was very convenient. It was easy to reach Plaza Mayor and Sol metro station. The staff, including doormen and front desk personnel, were wonderful. The rooms were clean.
a business event impacted service quality. Staff attention seemed more focused on event attendees. The breakfast area became noisy with attendees disrupting the calm atmosphere (they were even wandering around looking for milk).

The location was very central to many attractions.
I stayed there for several nights. I contacted the events team for a birthday surprise, and they assisted greatly. when business events occurred in the hotel, staff seemed more focused on event attendees. The service level declined compared to previous days with no events, this was frustrating. a staff member questioned me rudely about my taxi after checkout. This interaction left a sour taste.

i liked the rooftop bar and pool area. the theatre being integrated into the hotel was very original. the location was excellent for visiting the city center. i could walk to most sights.
