Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
declined service rude interaction
The location was very central to many attractions.
I stayed there for several nights. I contacted the events team for a birthday surprise, and they assisted greatly. when business events occurred in the hotel, staff seemed more focused on event attendees. The service level declined compared to previous days with no events, this was frustrating. a staff member questioned me rudely about my taxi after checkout. This interaction left a sour taste.

i liked the rooftop bar and pool area. the theatre being integrated into the hotel was very original. the location was excellent for visiting the city center. i could walk to most sights.
The service at breakfast was inconsistent during a business event at the hotel. Staff seemed more focused on event attendees than regular guests.

i discovered the location was convenient. the staff provided attentive service. breakfast offered a good array of choices. the room offered a coffee machine and tea.
